FR: add switches for exit nodes

Not really sure what's the logic for all exit-nodes being active (RR, min latency?), but not being able to select the
active ones by turn the rest off is really inconvenient.

Please, follow the android client's UX, it's available there.

Could you clarify a few points?

1. What exactly do you see on Android that you'd like on iOS?
   A screenshot or short would help a lot.

2. What's the desired selection behavior?
   Single-select (radio), picking one exit node automatically turns off the others.

3. About "all exit-nodes being active" — could you describe what you observe?
   On the iOS side we just reflect the selection state coming from the core (the same one Android uses), so I want to understand whether you're seeing:

   • all of them toggled ON by default,
   • all showing as connected (green indicator),
   • or something else.
