Describe the problem

The Entra ID / Azure Active Directory howto is missing an important step.

When adding API permissions, the previously created API is not showing und My APIs

Even if you're global admin, the API only shows after adding yourself as owner of the app:

We should just mention it in the docs, that you need to be owner of the app to see the added API...
