Feature Request: Append for in Scoop

@Cikaros could you briefly describe what exactly Scoop does during the installation process?

I am unwittingly using it to manage NetBird on my test VM and wondering what is happening and how to extend the process to fix the errors:

FYI: I have found some reference to pre_install and various other arguments.

Do you have an idea whether switching to MSI installer makes sense and is possible at all?

The problem you mentioned is that the Netbird client is currently running, and you need to shut down these processes before they can be installed and upgraded

I only know the general process, what I made is the installation with the zip installation package, first it will download the zip installation package, and then extract it into the apps folder, and then create a link file to the PATH path for the defined program entry

As for the second question, my day-to-day use is done through netbird-cli, so it doesn't matter to me whether or not I use MSI, and I don't know much about the internal differences
