Add a profile for spotify-launcher

Seems like my profile denies to execute binary, which located at ~/.local/share/spotify-launcher/install/usr/bin/ and denies to access /etc/spotify-launcher.conf.

Does it work with the following?

ignore noexec ${HOME}
private-etc spotify-launcher.conf

Also, replace all duplicate entries from spotify.profile with just the
following at the end:

# Redirect
include spotify.profile

If it works, you can submit a PR with the new profile.

In which case, the new paths should be added to disable-programs.inc:

blacklist ${HOME}/.local/share/spotify-launcher
blacklist /etc/spotify-launcher.conf

Thank you, profile works, but after adding

blacklist ${HOME}/.local/share/spotify-launcher
blacklist /etc/spotify-launcher.conf

to disable-programs.inc spotify won't launch.
