How good is Firejail with Wine?

I'm considering sandboxing Wine, because who knows what's in proprietary Windows binaries... So would firejail be able to do it well?

The root readme states "There are no complicated configuration files to edit", but I don't know if that's true in my case. I'd probably want to modify https://github.com/netblue30/firejail/blob/master/etc/profile-m-z/wine.profile relatively heavily, based on what I'm running with Wine. I'd probably also want to select the profile per Wine usage. Looks like Firejail is designed to work per app, which is a slightly different use case. Does that complicate things further?

You can create and use a firejail profile per wine prefix:
