Steps to Reproduce

python 3.12 - pkg_resources is depreciated so the plugin no longer works as it imports pkg_resources

Expected Behavior

plugin should not call pkg_resources

yes and no:
yes => there are newer releases (e.g. 5.0.0 and 5.1.0) of napalm that drop the deprecated pkg_resources import
no => end users can't update because netbox_napalm_plugin places an upper limit on the napalm version

pyproject.toml for 0.3.4. says

dependencies = [
    'napalm<5.0'
]

.. effectively pinning napalm to version 0.4.1 (from 2023)

=> Raising this limit would be appreciated

BTW: i had been manuallly editing out the pkg_resources invoations

depending on python and pip versions in play, it might als be possible to upgrade napalm behind the plugins back

pip3 install -U napalm
...

Upgrading the napalm version from within the venv worked for me.

(.venv) sudo /opt/netbox/venv/bin/pip3 install napalm --upgrade
