Request for help with creating a permission to restrict access to a single script

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a permission to restrict read and execute access to only one script. I only have the script name and its ID (the string that appears in the top left when entering the script's run window).

Can you help me create this permission? I am stuck on the Constraints part, I can't find the tag to create the JSON expression.
