Cisco EoX API netbox-cisco-support

Hello All,

I am getting below error while trying to install Cisco EoX Plugins " python3 manage.py sync_eox_data"
Any idea how to resolve this "access token" error

sync_eox_data is not a valid NetBox management command; it appears to be provided by the netbox_cisco_support plugin. Please contact the maintainer of that plugin for assistance.

How would I know that installed plugin is working or not ?
