[Jeremy] Need help w/4.0 bugs

• 7 open currently
• We're seeing some issues around renaming of database items when upgrading a database that's been previously upgraded a bunch of times (e.g. started life in 2.5.x)

[Jeremy] v4.0 bug #15618: Date/time format configs not honored

• Django 5.0 mandates localization; configs used only when no locale specified
• Do we want to allow users to override these formats anywhere?
• ↳ We want to get this right for 4.0, and we need community input to know confidently what that looks like
• ↳ Jeff started a GitHub discussion to solicit user feedback and will link from slack

[Jeremy] Orbit is being discontinued

• We will lose some visibility of community engagement metrics as a result.
