Complete method of replicate Netbox from a server to a new one

Hello, I have Netbox v3.7.4 installed on a server and I want to replicate it in a new server, working as full back up. I have the .sql but when I am going to upload it on the new server I am unable to do it.
Does anyone know how is the complete process of migration? I didn't find it.

Yep, I know but I got this error when I try to migrate the database:

Do you have the netbox user created in postgres as per the the installation steps?

Looks like you typed an invalid command: paste the steps you did up until that error. The user should be called "netbox" not "user".
