netbox device/network discovery "failed to apply change set"

Hi guys! I hope you all are doing great!! I've been on this for hours trying to get it up and running. I have the plugin and Diode agent installed, I got the information using the netmiko library, but it's failing to ingest the data. Look at the ingestion logs, also getting a 403 error, to apply changes. might be something very simple, but im not able to find the reason why is failing . I try using 4.2.0 I downgrade to 4.1.0, and same issue. change set is showing the JSON data as well.
