How do I add a button to the Interface list in a device?

Hi,

What do I need to write in the plugin to add a button like this:

I guess I need to extend the generic/object_list.html with the block extra_controls but I didn't get it to work. Does somebody know or has a plugin that extends the buttons in such a place?
