Netbox 4.2.5 HTTPS Server Configuration Issues

Hey all,

I am currently setting up Netbox 4.2.5 on a RHEL8.10 server. I have been following the guide here: https://netboxlabs.com/docs/netbox/en/stable/installation/ but am having issues with getting the HTTPS server working. I have created the SSL cert and key, the nginx and netbox services are running without error, I've updated the nginx.conf file per the guide, and ping and DNS are working, but when I web browse to the server I get an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. Could anybody assist with this? I can provide whatever info is needed. I'm really wanting to get Netbox working.
