Documentation Update for plugin installation

As someone who is still learning the ins and outs of Netbox I have appreciated the great documentation.
I recently found that that the plugins documentation for Netbox and the Netbox Branching plugin looks to be missing an important step to add the plugin to /opt/netbox/local_requirements.txt. Missing this step myself with the branching plugin recently, caused an upgrade to fail.

Can this step please be added to the plugins page for Netbox and that all certified plugins include it in their install guides.
