Provide a supported or official terraform provider by collaborating with e-breuninger/terraform-provider-netbox

At the moment a lot of teams rely on https://github.com/e-breuninger/terraform-provider-netbox for netbox integration with terraform.

The maintainer not only maintains the terraform provider but also a fork of https://github.com/netbox-community/go-netbox under https://github.com/fbreckle/go-netbox to enable this integration.

Maybe the official https://github.com/netbox-community/go-netbox can be adjusted to avoid a fork?

I don't know whether fbreckle is open to such a proposal and i don't know if its feasable to adjust the go-netbox lib.
I just think fbreckle provides a great resource, which makes netbox a lot more valuable. Especially since netbox embraces automation, having a supported or offical terraform provider would underline that.

I recognise a similar discussion was already created (#14811) - but i wanted to focus on a possible collaboration...
