Performance issues

I installed Netbox Docker (with redis and postgres) on a virtual Ubuntu server (without GUI).

Everything works fine so far, except for performance issues, which do not always occur.

Here in the video, you can see that it takes 6 seconds for Netbox to load. All subsequent loads are fast. At some point, it may happen again that a page load takes a long time.

What could be the reason for this?
How can I analyze/fix the problem?

I'm also interested on this, what makes NetBox app to take that time to load. I'm running it on VM with uWSGI, and all NetBox processes take around 5 seconds to load first time. There can be some very legitime and good reasons, don't take me wrong, I've just wondered where that time is spent.

I think there are some setting that u can change to keep the "wsgi processes alive". Will check later in my config
