Riverbird RMM API support

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for someone with experience importing data from Riverbird.
I’m mainly interested in:
• Whether importing Riverbird data is possible in general
• What potential pitfalls or limitations I should keep in mind
• And whether it’s feasible to keep the data in sync after the initial import
I’d really appreciate hearing about your positive or negative experiences, as well as any best practices or recommendations you might have.

@Wikilie TL;DR there is no out of the box way to do this so you'll need to build it. To get advice on that you need to provide more information:

• Does Riverbird have an API for extracting data? If not, how do you plan to get data out of it?
• Which objects do you want to pull out of Riverbird and put in NetBox? Do equivalent objects exist in NetBox? If not you are going to need to either transform the data from Riverbird to fit existing NetBox objects, or extend NetBox to include additional objects, through NetBox Custom Objects, or a Plugin
• How will the data be syncronised between Riverbird and NetBox? A script? A pipeline?
• Who is going to be responsible for starting rhe synchronisation? You, a colleague, users who don't understand CLIs and need a GUI?
