Modeling EVPN Ethernet Segments (ESI-LAG / EVPN Multihoming) in NetBox

NetBox currently does not appear to provide a dedicated object for modeling an EVPN Ethernet Segments.

Is anyone already using the L2VPN model to represent EVPN Ethernet Segments / ESI-LAGs?
If so, which L2VPN type are you using?

• VXLAN-EVPN?
• MPLS-EVPN?
• Something else?

Advantage:

• Shared data stored once
• Natural many-to-one relationship
• No plugin required or any custom fields

Disadvantages:

• An Ethernet Segment is not really a VPN service
• The L2VPN model may not be intended for this purpose

I think it's also a possibility to use a custom object for this behaviour?
Or maybe add some custom fields on interface level?
