python cookbook deprecated

Errors resulting from deprecated python cookbook. Should use poise-python instead. This is only an issue when the backup recipe is included.

Thanks for the raised issue.

I'm not currently using chef in my day-to-day work. Hence don't have time to work on chef cookbooks.
I can add you as a collaborator so you can fix this yourself.
