Repeated Measure

Dear pypyls-people,

You created an amazing toolbox!
I want to use it for an experiment in which I try to associate 9 neuronal data points (X) to 3 behaviroal ones (Y) as well as check whether they differ across 2 drug conditions (drug/placebo). What would be the best way to do this?

Further complicating things is that I have several measures for each subject, meaning that across drug conditions, I have 15-20 measures of X and Y for each participant. Is there a way to account for this repeated measure design?
