I actually hate skype, it's one of the first things to go. However, gnome-keyring used to be installed by default, something we removed must have been responsible for removing this as well. Since nothing we ship by default has this as a hard dependency anymore, I can manually add it to the package list for the next ISO. That is if skype autologing in when it's launched is desired?
