Hi experts, I'm looking for the coordinates of the electrodes in the patient native space, because at the end of reconstruction I only get the ones from MNI-space. Does anybody know, where in Lead DBS or in the generated folders I can find the transformation from Patient Space to MNI? Or how I get the Coordinates without skipping the Normalisation?
