I am trying to set up the LEAD‑DBS tractography pipeline and am encountering an error when co‑registering DWI and structural images: the .fib file is not created during fiber‑tracking. We use a Philips Ingenia Elition X 3T MRI scanner for image aquisition.
I manually created the SRC file (dti.sz) from DWI data nifti files in DSI Studio.
The resulting .sz file is about 15 MB and DSI Studio reports it as created successfully.
However, when I run it through DSI Studio QC or pass it to Step T2 for .fib reconstruction, it returns an error that the file is “incomplete / unreadable”, and QC shows all fields as 0.
how can I work around it?
