Codec native test errors

I am trying to build the project with docker. And I am constantly facing issues at this stage -> Netty/Incubator/Codec/Native/Quic:

Every time new test case fails, but it always has javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: error:1000007e:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:CERT_CB_ERROR in front.

I'm running with docker on windows x86_64
