tripplitesu reports ups.load as 0

I have a SUINT1500RTXL2U connected to my Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS server via the serial port. The problem is the load is reported as 0 I'm not sure if it's a driver issue or the device is just incapable of reporting the load since I couldn't find any official documentation that would describe my model's reporting capabilities.
