[Question] Is this usable on mobile 

First of all thank you for this great library.

I am considering using this over Mecab. However, I am curious if this library can be used from other languages via FFI. I Want to use this with dart's FFI. As I am not an expert in c/c++ I want to know if this library has a c api and also what size I can expect when this it is compiled.
