Oil.nvim like for Flow-Control

Hey!

As I used to you nvim for my work and I recently moved to Flow-Control, I missed Oil.nvim and how it does things from deleting, renaming files, creating directories and so on and so forth. Thus, I woke up today with motivation to create one for Flow-Control. Here is a preview of it. At the moment, it only creates directories and files.

Interesting. You can already create files (and all parent directories) simply be entering a non-existent path in the Open file command.

Btw, there is some work in progress on adding a tree view to flow. This will likely also give you another way to add and delete files.
