[FR]: Flexible status-bar customization

Instead of a simple bottom_bar option in the settings with prebaked values and formats, I'm thinking of something like the current implementation of tab styling, maybe?

Some things from the top of my head, that I'd would like to see/have control over (tried to pinpoint the practical ones here, you see):

• always see the full absolute path of the current file, regardless of its state when received by Flow
• customizable format of the main cursor position, something like {col}:{ln}/(totalLn)
• having neat NerdFont icons for matches/selection/cursors/.., like the LSP warnings ( preferably colored ), instead of a bunch of distracting lengthy text everywhere:

Would be greatly appreciated by those who work on small screens, use tiling window managers, and/or jump between split panes often.

Do you have specific icons in mind?

@neurocyte didn't think of it yet, but I'm pretty sure that whatever one loves, the other will hate with a burning passion.

So, freely choose the ones you like most I'd say, and allow for a wide range of customization, so each user can choose what sits best with them. Nature will find a way. They don't have to be icons, even, just an abstraction.

Precisely why I mentioned the tabs customization approach:

And just like that - easily maintainable, endlessly customizable and, most importantly - human user-friendly.

'Cause something like this fa68164b feels very stuffed and a tad impractical from the get go. Feels like it was meant as a machine instruction, if I'm making any sense here. In a long run would become a nightmare.
