In the instructions for running the containers the following is outlined:
docker run -it --rm -p 8888:8888 DOCKER_IMAGE_ID jupyter lab --ip 0.0.0.0
... replacing DOCKER_IMAGE_ID above with the respective ID of the Docker image loaded from the zip file.
I believe the instructions should include DOCKER_IMAGE_ID:DOCKER_TAG where the DOCKER_TAG is taken from that same place via docker image ls
