[BUG] Double quotes in `*_doi` and `book_exec_url`

There should not be double quotes in DB entries:

leads to confusion when creating hyperlinks within embedded rb.

Expected:

To be solved on the roboneuro end.

This has to do with either pretyprint feature of Flask (requires upgrade (2.3.0 depends on Py 3.8+) to take effect properly) OR bad parsing.
