Bug in data computation

I am trying to get etalon1 data from around the 27th of July 2024. The correct folder on ccdis website should be

https://cddis.nasa.gov/archive/slr/products/orbits/etalon1/240727/

However, the dates computed internally seem to be 240731, leading to a 404 error.

Additionally, the version number needs to be bumped up to v80 instead of v70
