Hi BrainChop team,
I'm using the tissue-seg-full model from brainchop-models as a baseline for my research on MeshNet-based brain tissue segmentation. The inference architecture is clear from the released model.json, but I couldn't find the training code that produced those weights.
Would it be possible to share the complete training code for the GWM (Gray/White Matter) segmentation model? It would be very helpful for my work.
