smooth on label viewer

Label viewer labels should not be smoothed by default. Only if a user specifically wants it.

From what I understand in the viewer preference the value of smooth display should be set to False by default in this case right?

I want to pick up this issue.

@igaurab just noticed your comment. We have a completely new viewer now: NiiVue and this issue is not as pressing, unless you want to fix it in the pervious version v3. Thank you for offering your help!
