Update all docs to reflect GRAMES -> GE transition

In various parts of the intranet, docs and instructions reflect only the GRAMES domain. This is a source of confusion especially for newer GE users, who are often unaware of the substitutions that must be made for their use cases. However, because the transitions is incomplete/ongoing, and many NeuroPoly users remain associated to the GRAMES domain, we cannot simply replace all reference to GRAMES with GE. Instead documentation should always included examples for both kinds of users.

Actionables

• Identify all references to either GRAMES of GE on the intranet.
• Ensure that examples for both domains are given in every case.
• Add a note here about the transition, which acknowledges legacy GRAMES accounts.
