Standard "Branding" Practices

Most organizations have this to ensure uniformity on how they are presented, but that doesn't seem to be the case for NeuroPoly (despite us having an branded icon). We have the beggining of such a document in the form of the YouTube Procedure page, would it be worth extending this to a section on "standard practices for presenting our work", similar to how UCalgary does (albeit with far less fancy web design, ofc)?
