Develop script to use LLMs for screening papers, from meta-analytic specification #5
Description
Given a meta-analysis specification (e.g. inclusion / exclusion criteria, study objective, search parameters), an automated LLM-based systematic literature review needs to do the following:
- Use PubMed to apply search paramters, and fetch all possible included abstracts
- From fetched papers, apply first step in PRISMA using abstract only Screening step
- Next, download full text from all remaining papers, using a combination of ACE and PubGet
- Apply full-text Eligiblity step to deterine final studies to include
