Description
Semantic Search is a possible first step in addition or instead of PubMed keyword based search
We can use neurometabench to evaluate distinct semantic search strategies using such metrics as:
- top k recall & precision
- k needed for perfect precision
Semantic search evaluation would have to be on subset of papers in NeuroStore, not a larger undefined set.
