move sleuth feature to import files display

At the moment, the import sleuth files feature is only available as a dropdown button next to the new project button – we create a new project from a sleuth file.

We want to change this so that the user can import a sleuth file as an import to their project – along with our other supported import modes such as RIS, pubmed, etc.

This would allow users to combine multiple sleuth file imports into a single project and ease confusion over the sleuth import feature. As of right now, it is a relatively hidden feature so not many users know about it

just need to confirm that we want to go ahead with this - we will be ingesting the sleuth files. This means that if the sleuth file is later excluded in curation, then we will have a study in neurostore that has been discarded (but maybe it's a net positive because we have extra coordinate data for that study without having to do any work?)

Yes, ingesting a sleuth file will mean creating a study on neurostore, whether or not the study is included in that user's meta-analysis. And I would agree that is a desirable result.
