allow user to create annotation columns from extracted features

Grace noted that a lot of the AI columns in the curation phase are NA. She would like the ability to edit these cells for her included studies.

This issue should be addressed via annotations and so this request provides the impetus for us to get started implementing the adding of annotation columns from the AI extracted features.

The user should be able to click "add column" and select an AI extracted feature. The column should then be populated with those features.
