handle refresh authentication logic #1229
Description
Grace noticed that when using neurosynth-compose for long periods of time (she didn't close her tabs over a longer period of time) she would receive intermittent errors including a specific example where she tried to do extraction, added some contrasts, and then hit save.
She received an error: "there was an error saving the study".
Once she refreshed the page, she was brought back to the projects page which didnt show any projects.
She then restarted her computer and went back to neurosynth compose where she saw her projects again.
The issue probably stems from the fact that authentication is not refreshed. We need to implement token refresh in the frontend so that users that are doing meta-analyses can continue to be logged in.
