Bump uuid and lerna

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [lerna](https://github.com/lerna/lerna/tree/HEAD/packages/lerna). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `lerna` from 9.0.6 to 9.0.7
