Description

Currently the Security and Brigmedic wristsets are available as roundstart options for the loadout ear slot, but are labelled C2 contraband - security/NFSD restricted.

Reproduction

1. Check Mercenary loadout
2. Scroll to the ears slot
3. Select the Security or Brigmedic wristset
4. Spawn in and see that your wristset should be department restricted

Additional Context

So far I see this like the Captain PDA/ID used to be in that they have the C2 labelling as a holdover. If this is the case, the C2 restriction should be removed from them, otherwise they need to be removed as loadout options.

It’s also really common that for NFSD, upon seeing the security headset gives RS/PC of Misdemeanor Possession of Security Encryption.

As the headset can be stolen (although unlikely) from FO (serious rulebreak) or the guard themselves. Or from a secured locker located in Expeds or mini-derelicts.

Does it… have an NFSD encryption key? If so, odd.

No, it doesn’t include NFSD key, the ones as of loot contains the security key, which is used by STC, Security Guard, Sergeant, Sheriff, and Station Representative.

That's the normal headset in the loot pool, that's not what I'm concerned about.
