Description
Medical Locker at NFSDO has unused "Chem" access instead of brigmed. This makes it so brigmeds cannot use it, and the sheriff cannot change the permission on it due to Chem not being in the access configurator.
Reproduction
Be brigmed, go to NFSDO, notice that the chem locker cannot be accessed by your ID.
Be sheriff, notice that you can access it, but that you cannot change the access with the standard access configurator.
