disable filename encryption

I am using roundsync in android 11 ARM64. I cant seem to figure out how to disable filename encryption. In Filename Encryption section there is only field ie standard. There are 2 more and one of them in none when i used to do with rclone config .
My data is encrypted but my filename and directory name arent so by setting filename encryption to standard i cant access to those files.
