The NJ Feedback widget takes up a lot of screen real estate and can never be dismissed/hidden.
What changes would you make?
Scenario: I'm using the NJ AI Assistant. I have it open in a browser window and the NJ Feedback widget is always visible on the bottom of the screen.
NJ AI Assistant team considering turning off the feedback widget because of user feedback
What if it was smaller? Less screen real estate
What if it was dismissible? Users could get rid of the widget
Scenario: I gave feedback via the widget. Even after giving feedback, I don't have the option to get rid of the banner.
After engaging with the NJ Feedback Widget, should I be given the option of dismissing/hiding the banner?
Do I need to engage with the widget to get the "reward" of hiding it?
Other context
The NJ Feedback widget is part of Grove (NJWDS) as well as being a standalone platform product. May need to clarify how this fits into the Grove ecosystem and the design system priorities overall.
