Some unit tests are affected by v4 migration

It seems that some unit tests for v4 are not asserting correctly the output data (but pass)
e.g. TestProtocolV4_Emit doesn't call anymore the SendData or SendEvent (probably because changes in the structure)
Investigate the cause and if other tests are affected
