Incorrect calculation of Windows swap usage #2072

Description
The NR Infrastructure Agent uses gopsutil to calculate Windows memory usage. This is pinned at v3.24.4. However, there is a bug in gopsutil fixed in v4.24.7 that means the swap memory usage is incorrectly calculated.
Expected Behavior
Correct calculation of Windows swap percentage.
