Fluentbit version in Dockerfile and Dockerfile_firelens differ significantly

Since the last release of this repo, the Fluentbit version in images built from Dockerfile and Dockerfile_firelens differ significantly in major versions (v3.0.4 in Dockerfile and v1.9.10 in Dockerfile_firelens).

docker run newrelic/newrelic-fluentbit-output:2.0.0
Fluent Bit v3.0.4

I understand that this difference comes from different base images used to build those 2 images. I do not know if this can cause issues for users, but at least for me, such difference was a surprising one. I think that the docs should give a hint that the Docker image for Firelens is a few versions behind.
