Add support for Netty 4.2 #2643

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently use netty 4.2.x, with the latest java agent (8.25.0). Since this update (to netty 4.2), new relic transactions seem to be having the wrong name. They all get the name "NettyDispatcher", instead of the path name it was before.
It seems currently the support only goes up to netty 4.1 (https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-java-agent/tree/main/instrumentation/netty-4.1.16)
