Automate Testing the latest cross-agent tests suite

Description

Currently, we pull in the latest cross-agent tests during the release process. It would be nice to automate this to run on every merge to dev so that we can strike this part of our release and catch any issues earlier. Update CI runs to use the latest available cross-agent tests.

It isn't possible to automate updating the cross agent test files due to the origin of the files being behind the VPN. Instead, I think this issue should focus on updating the way we run these tests to account for the exceptions that are different in ruby for these tests, rather than having the test json files changed
